Handmade Pasta

Mix, knead, roll, and shape fresh pasta from scratch. Cover tagliatelle, pappardelle, and a filled shape — plus two classic sauces to finish the meal.

The long-simmered sauces at the heart of Italian home cooking. Build a proper ragù, a bright pomodoro, and learn how to season, layer, and hold each one.

A guided tour of one Italian region per class — the dishes, the ingredients, and the story behind them. Ends with a shared family-style dinner.

Before you book

Do I need any cooking experience?

No. Most classes are built for all levels — the chef walks the room and adjusts as needed. A few advanced classes are marked "Intermediate."

How large are the classes?

Classes stay intentionally small, usually 6 to 12 students, so every person gets real time at the counter with the chef.

Can I book a private class or event?

Yes. We host private cooking classes for date nights, birthdays, bachelorette parties, corporate teams, and small family groups. Call (864) 271-7877 to plan the night.

Are dietary restrictions accommodated?

Let us know when you reserve. We can adapt most classes for vegetarian, and often for gluten-free or common allergies with advance notice.
